The family’s expertise in Multifamily is rooted in the foundation of Park Property Management in the 1960s. Since its beginnings, the Toronto-based company has focused on the development, acquisition and management of multifamily properties and currently manages approximately 8,500 apartment units.

We partner with best-in-class developers of Class A assets with the intention of constructing, leasing-up and selling as soon as the property is stabilized in order to maximize IRR.
